Professor Cheryl Piper, Arts and Humanities Division, and Assistant Professor Lisa Sheppard, Academic Foundations Division, received the LCCC Foundation Faculty Excellence Award on May 20, 2006 during Commencement.
The award is given to faculty who improve teaching through innovative practices, commitment to professional development, improvement of the educational environment for students, and response to the changing needs of the community.
