Well it's almost time for that other annual Thanksgiving day tradition, the Penton Memorial 10 K Cross Country Turkey Trot on Nov 23. Racers young and old are invited to trot their way to prizes and awards. Costs for pre-registration are $16, which includes a T-shirt and $8 for no shirt. The fee will be $18 with a shirt, $10 for without a shirt on the day of the race.
Take time for the Toy for Tots Holliday Volleyball Tournament on Dec. 9 and Dec. 10 at LCCC. This co-ed event is open to the public and will be divided into four divisions based on ability. The fee for participation is one new toy per player. Forms are available online though the LCCC website, for more information please contact Jim Powers at 440-366-7652
