With uobeat music and an array of modern stationary bicycles, Health and Physical Education instructor Kathryn Orantek offered a live demonstration of the Aerobic Spinning course in the CC mall Thursday afternoon.
Orantek was accompanied by Annette McIver, full-time HPER staff person, and Jennie Reed, who is currently enrolled in the course.
LCCC is offering four sections in the fall with the course number PEFT131 and three sections in the spring with the course number PEFT 190.
