Bring in the clowns as The Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus is coming to town.
From Oct. 19-28 you can see the "Bellobration" at The Quicken Loans Arena. The 137th edition comes to Cleveland with a whole new storyline, featuring a clown, Bello, who has made a lasting impression on viewers.
This will be the first time that Bello will be the highlight of the performance, presenting a new side of his character. Named by Time magazine as "America's Best Clown," this performer aims to make himself even more popular. Bello said he hopes to "remind the adults what it's like to be a kid again," according to an article found on The Ringling Brothers Web site.
Other performers, like tiger trainer Tabayara, will dazzle the audience. Hu-man cannonballs, tight-rope walkers, and various performers of daring feats join exotic animals to provide entertainment for all ages.
"Our vision for 'Bellobration' was to create an unforgettable event that celebrates Bello, a bold comic-daredevil whose iconic tall orange hair and amazing acrobatic feats make him one of the most popular and recognizable personalities in the history of Ringling Bros.," said Kenneth Feld, producer of Bellobration, in an article featured on the Quicken Loans Arena Web site.
One hour before the show, ticket-holders can join in the free pre-show to learn circus stunts, meet the performers, and get close to the animal stars.
You can purchase re-served seats for $15, $20, $35, and $60. Also available are a limited number of Circus Celebrities seats. Regular seats are normally priced $15 and $20 but note the exceptions of $12 for opening night and $12.50 for the weekdays.
Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased online at ticketmaster.com, the Quicken Loans Arena Box Office, any Ticketmaster location, or by phone at (216) 241-2121.
