A major change is scheduled for the College Center at Lorain County Community College when the new Library is completed said Interim Director of Purchasing/Facility Planning Laura Carissimi.
The plans for the renovation are in draft form however will soon be final.
The whole College Center will be closed down, with offices being moved to the old Library after it has moved to the new building.
"It's like putting the pieces of a puzzle together," said Carissimi relating to one change having to happen before the other.
The $14-18 million project is slated around Sept. of next year, that is considering that the new library is completed by July 2008.
"We are hoping it will take only a year, but you just don't know with renovations," said Carissimi.
