Another scandal, Mr. governor?

Can you believe this Eliot Spitzer prostitution scandal? How dare the former New York Governor, doesn't he know $1000 an hour is way too expensive for a hooker.
According to published reports, investigators believe Spitzer paid over $80,000 for prostitutes over a period of several years before and after he became governor.
$80,000! Talk about some beaucoup money. He paid more money for sex then I will pay for a college degree.
When did he find the time to run the state of New York? $80,000 is a lot of humping and pumping.
However, the bigger issue the came about this incident, is women who stay married to their cheating husbands.
During his resignation speech, Spitzer's wife stood by her husband's side, supportive of him regardless that he cheated on her.
He will probably say that he is addicted to sex like Michael Douglas did. He will probably attend Sexaholics Anonymous meetings. Yes, SA, it's real, I'm not making it up.
This whole situation stinks of Monica Lewinski, and how they said Hillary Clinton stayed with Bill to save their political careers.
Give me a break. This didn't save any political face. It just makes a person look stupid.
The divorce rate is over 50%, so I highly doubt approval ratings drop just because of a divorce. If anything, approval ratings drop on politicians who stick with sleaze-bag spouses.
Just a side note, Spitzer lost his status as a super delegate, and his pledged vote is being taken away from Hillary Clinton. She really doesn't have good luck with cheating husbands I guess.
I must say though, it was a relief when I heard this story. It seemed the media finally grabbed a hold of something other then Obama and Clinton butting heads.
Oh, poor Eliot Spitzer, I wish him the best. I hope spending thousands of dollars for some naughty time was worth losing your career, smearing your reputation, and humiliating your entire family.
For the next corrupt politician, can we make it a little more interesting? Maybe get caught in male brothel this time? And make sure there is video footage that someone can steal and post on YouTube.com.
I wish we could be more like Europe. You know, they have presidents over there with permanent sun tans, and there are pictures on the internet with them and their mistresses having sex, but nobody cares because that's amore?.
